Most days, Cal and some of his friends ride their scooters at the schoolyard for about an hour or more after school. Here are a few pics of Calvin and his friend Vince in action. You can also see where Cal lost one of his front teeth...he's getting so big.

Back to School Picnic

Calvin's school has a picnic at the beginning of the year in the schoolyard. It can be a bit frantic at times with so many kids in one place...but the kids love it.

Playdate with Rowan

Henry and I had a playdate with Brooke and Rowan in Madison Square Park. I've known Brooke since college, and she ended up marrying a guy who went to college with us too, but we didn't know him then. They recently had their first baby...little miss Rowan. Henry and I met the girls at Madison Square Park, which is near the Flatiron Building, at 23rd and Broadway. Henry played at the playground...then we all got lunch and walked for a bit (the mommies walked, the kiddies strolled).
